News regarding CAT Case OA No.381/2010
Dear friends, Our case is posted on 27.01.2011 for FINAL hearing. All the points for argumrnt have already been discussed with the Advocate. We may hope for the best. Thanks. Permanand.
Respected Permanandji, I hope IPOs will get fair justice with 4600 GP from CAT and there will be defeat of evil Officers of DOP/MOF/DO&PT and evil persons associated with DOP. I expect a new chapter in the history of DOP will be created
The last information I know regarding conversion of non-gazetted post to Gazetted post after 6cpc is SO(non-gazetted) to AAO(gazetted) in IAAD simply by re designation of SO as AAO by C&AG in 2010. As SOs scale was upgraded to AAOs scale w.e.f. 1.1.2006 by 6cpc this outcome happened. Similarly, DOP may also follow this example in case of Inspectors and ASPO in lieu of attacking through rejoinder unnecessarily.
Fighting against the evil officers The ASPs in the association are always thinking for their benefits. They will do no justice our cadre. If by your efforts the IPs are granted 4600/- the association will claim it to them.
NOW IT IS TIME TO FORM A SEPARATE ASSOCIATION FOR IPs. We will all come out of this association. Please inform us.
Now it is the time to bid farewell to Sri. Permanand, ASP, RO, Calicut who is leaving Kerala for joining at Postal directorate.
Dear Permanand, Best wishes for your new postings. Hope you will lead the IPs/ASPs in future too.
We are behind you. You are the apt person to become the G.S of IP/ASP association. Your presence in Directorate will facilitate us to make you as our next G.S
Premanand Sir we are missing you however whereever you are there please maintain a blog and post something for us. though CHQ fellows adopted resolution for helping in OA but none reacted even CHQ fellows blog is also silent, you have provided link from your blog to CHQ and other circles blog. You are the next GS, otherwise one more association will be formed one is parrato speaking and thinking themselves as most seniors in the earth i.e. breavery ASPOs and other assosiation is followers of premanand , like the things happening in AP politics followers of Highcommand and followers of Jagan son of great departed leader YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Again . . .fighting ? See the recent comments ! Our issue is to achieve the goal and simultaneously maintain our unity and not fighting with each other. But it's again 'kabaddi' match between ASPs vs IPs. One should not forget that both IPs and ASPs are one and the same. Today's IPs are tomorrow's ASPs. Recent comments shows starting of separate Association for IPs ! why such divide ? People have even nominated new leaders! Good ! Election/changing of leaders and progress to the particular association is always welcome. But without any break to the original shape and in-fighting.It's time to remain calm and pray the almighty for the betterment of our cadre (both IPs & ASPs). All the best.
We wil win. (aristocratic irritating Official) leadership expected to continue soap M'dm with pli!& collectng GÖLÐ coins from 'the sacred hand' for their OWN personal gains using our shoulders and hard earned income! Most of our brothers know this. A silent mutiny is in the making.
