  10. Dear friends,
As there was no development in our case for such a long time, I had nothing to update and hence the blog was not updated earlier.
It is to mention that with support of all our friends, we could submit the relevant facts effectively before the Tribunal. Now, our case is in the final stage and the case will be posted for Orders soon.
As intimated by the counsel, the Tribunal was impressed with the argument and positive result is expected.
Thanks again for all your cooperation.

  12. Dear Permanand,

Whether we have demanded GP 4600 w.e.f 1.1.2006. If the court delivered its verdict for GP 4600 w.e.f 1.1.2006 what will be the basic pay of the IP . whether it is 6500 x 1.86 + 4600 = 16690 or it is 17140.

for the direct recruited staff nurses in central government it is as follows :

    12540 + 4600 = 17140.

Their pay scale was upgraded by the 6th pay commission from 5000-8000 to 6500-10500 in the pre-revised pay scale w.e.f 1.1.2006.

Please clarify which basic pay will a IP get if he become IP before 1.1.2006 and become IP after 1.1.2006.

  13. What will be your reaction. if president of India gets his salary less than a postman. Our esteemed assocation idea is almost like that. They are running behind of status. Think the present world. whereas except money your life style will be like land owner without land. Then what is use of status. First save your life then think status. status will come in his own way. do not try to get it by force.
    be together all IP/ASP forum.

  15. The Postal Inspectors should definitely win. It remained as that of Assistants in 5500 scale as on 1.1.06. Reason for grant of 4600 gpay has been that it has DR element. Postal Inspectors also have DR element. The Govt. has no reason to refuse. If they do so, it is due to unwillingness to extend the same to others (especially Postal Inspectors who also have DR). Lets hope for positive outcome.
